On October 1st we will hold our second annual Open House here at The Animal Hospital of Roxbury. We enjoy opening our doors to the public and inviting them in to see behind the scenes. This year our Open House is promising to be bigger and better then the last!
This year we will have face painting and balloon making, crafts for kids including pumpkin painting, mask making and sand art in addition to a coloring contest for different age groups. We will have pet adoptions on site. Our technicians will be implanting free microchips with a free lifetime registration in cooperation with Paterson Veterinary. We will have free hot dogs, snow cones and popcorn in addition to apple cider, juice and water. A licensed massage therapist will be on site giving free chair massages! There will pet oriented give away items and information tables as well as a free to enter raffle for one of our many gift baskets. Last but not least we will hold a pet costume contest to be voted on by our face book followers early next week.
As a family owned private veterinary practice we hope you can see the difference in the customer service we provide to our clients and care we provide to our patients. We are family oriented- I am a working mom with 2 small girls at home, we welcome children into our appointments and try to engage them as part of their pet’s care. They may listen to their cat’s heart or give a pretend shot to make their doggy pal feel better.
We will strive to be a part of the community for years to come! Take a look at our renovation plans to take place in the near future, to provide a better more comfortable space for you and your pets!
