Welcome 2017! The Animal Hospital of Roxbury is honored to celebrate its one-year anniversary this month! Over the last year we’ve made many exciting changes, including renovations to the waiting and exam rooms, as well as beautifying the parking lot with flower boxes. We also fully restocked our in-house pharmacy to better provide convenient and affordable pet medications. We moved onto a computer system upgrade to streamline exams and record keeping. With our official name change in April, we installed our new sign, and by July we opened our doors for our first Open House.
For The Animal Hospital of Roxbury, 2017 will bring about even more improvements. We plan to further renovate our reception area, and make appointments even easier to schedule. We will begin utilizing our second exam room mainly for cats, without the sights, sounds, and smells of doggie friends. This will include the use of a new Feliway diffuser to help create a calm atmosphere to help ease the anxiety of our feline patients. If you come to the clinic with your cat, please ask to be seated directly in the exam room so you and your cat can relax a bit before the examination. Additionally we plan to improve our kennel, making your vacations even better for your pets.
We are always open to suggestions, as we strive to provide excellent patient care and customer service to the Roxbury area, including Ledgewood, Succasunna, Netcong, Hopatcong, Landing, Kenvil, Budd Lake, Flanders, Mt. Olive, Randolph, and Mine Hill! We greatly appreciate your continued patronage and support in 2017!
