1. I travel around the world and make sure that I make it back to Hazel's favorite vet. Gently guided me through getting my pup to overcome seizures and incontinence, can't thank you guys enough, we are back to comfortably traveling without worries or anxiety caused by both issues. ❤️

We took our senior cat here and Doctor Elia and the rest of the staff were unbelievably kind and helpful for getting us through the difficult task of saying goodbye to our baby (which was one of the hardest things we ever had to do). I can't imagine going through that without all the patience, care, and guidance that was provided here. They even gave us a little paw print clay ornament as a gift and sent a really nice card. We are excited to now take our big girl rescue Pyrenees there for her future care. The spot feels more like a house than a big pet store (where we have gone before and our dog gets anxious at this other spot). I think she will like this much more.   4. I can't even begin to explain why I love this place and all the workers here. I've been coming here a little over a year now and I've never had the pleasure of working with such amazing people before until Roxbury. They really actually care about the welfare of your babies and do everything they can to work with you to get the help and things you need. We just rescued our baby boy Finnegan (who is 9 wks) and they were just awesome with explaining everything and answering my questions. Super helpful. I recently moved to a new town and am willing to drive an hour to these guys for my boy. They're definately worth going to. You're babies are in the best hands 😁

  10. The whole team was awesome! From the time we walked in, we were greeted with smiles and welcomed with open arms. They loved our little Junior and the whole process was smooth and easy. The doctor was very knowledgeable, caring, patient, and sweet with our little Junior and we look forward to working with her in the future.
